All Eaglewoods Academy apparel is custom printed to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the selected school house, color, and size, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect sizes, incorrect selections, or changes of mind.

Please review the student information, house/color, garment type, size, and quantity carefully before submitting your order.

SIZE EXCHANGES

We understand that sizing can be tricky. An unworn item may be exchanged for a different size if:

• The exchange is requested within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
• The item has not been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or labeled with the student’s name.
• The requested replacement size is available.
• The customer pays any price difference for a larger size.
• The customer is responsible for returning and collecting or shipping the replacement item.

Approved exchanges are limited to one exchange per item. Custom printing charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If Create By Diana made an error, or if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

Include:

• The customer’s name and order number
• The student’s name
• A clear photograph of the item and the issue
• A brief description of the problem

After review, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued for the affected item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery
• Incorrect sizes, colors, houses, or information selected by the customer
• Normal differences in color between a screen image and the finished garment
• Minor variations in print placement or garment color
• Orders not collected within the communicated pickup period
• Requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after the order was received

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Order changes or cancellations may be requested before production begins. Once materials have been ordered, printing has started, or the order has entered production, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

TURNAROUND AND DELIVERY

Estimated production time is 5–10 business days after the order details and design are confirmed. Production timelines may be affected by product availability, school order volume, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that all order information has been reviewed and agrees to this policy.
